1. Introduction
Welcome to DiaBEATable ("DiaBEATable," "we," "us," or "our"). DiaBEATable operates the website diabeatable.in and related social media channels (together, the "Platform") to provide content, education, and paid programs relating to diabetes management, metabolic health, and weight loss.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, govern your access to and use of the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated.
2. Who We Are
DiaBEATable is a metabolic-health and diabetes education platform providing articles, videos, social media content, and structured paid programs to help individuals understand and manage diabetes, prediabetes, and related metabolic conditions.
3. Not Medical Advice
DiaBEATable does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content on the Platform, including blog posts, videos, social media posts, and program materials, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing on the Platform should be construed as a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.

5. Paid Programs
DiaBEATable offers certain paid programs, courses, and services ("Programs") in addition to free content. Enrolment in a Program is subject to:
- Payment of the applicable fee at the time of enrolment, as displayed on the Platform or communicated to you directly.
- The specific inclusions, duration, and schedule of each Program as described at the point of purchase.
- Our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Programs are personal to the individual who enrols and are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6. User Content
If you submit comments, testimonials, questions, or other content to the Platform ("User Content"), you remain responsible for it. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or that infringes the rights of any third party.
By submitting User Content, you grant DiaBEATable a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and share that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
We may remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, videos, logos, and the DiaBEATable name and branding, is owned by or licensed to DiaBEATable and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DiaBEATable and its team members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, health outcomes, or profits, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Program.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to DiaBEATable for the relevant Program in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold DiaBEATable harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or any Program, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in abusive conduct, or misused the Platform.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
